Wow! Thanks for contacting me about my iphone 3gs dilemma. I just don't know how to restore it to ios 4.1. I downloaded the ipsw, but when I plug my iphone into itunes it just tries to activate it. I can't put it into dfu. Itunes doesn't even recognize it a "michael's iphone" anymore. It just says "iphone". So do you have any more advice? Thanks again! Michael

I have an iphone 4 is spectacular and I bought it from a person for a good price the only thing is that the phone now has a problem with the speaker I don't hear the ring and or music or anything on speaker, I took it to be revised by a company because a jailbreak the phone and they told me that the phone has a problem with the motherboard. they told me is bad and that I can go to apple and get a replacement so made an appointment for it to go to, but my concern is that if I restore the phone there is a part of the phone in about and then you go to Diagnostic and usage data is that data going to stay when I do the restore part? and what happen with this. does the phone keep a log of what I do with it. the phone still under warranty would I get a new one.would you know if I'm going to be asked which carrier I use and my account? thanks
