I have that same outfit I wore to work this week, at 2:45. Boss loved it. Got a raise....this is killer though. VH in this era, one of rock's all time great live acts. Love how Roth always improvises on his "speaking" parts on the songs.

totally 1979. why wouldn't it be? if you know you're VH, this sounds just like that era. @regperron agree, this is a young Robert Plant. sound like 69...and Page didn't sound like that by 73-74. I'm actually thinking thats not Page either. Sounds nothing like him...I think this is Band of Joy. Who I know did this song. I've read nearly all the Zep set lists, never saw this....its not...

ozzy...too funny. don't get me wrong, huge fan of Sabbath/Ozzy, but he has zero stage presense. He brings energy, but its like a stoner kid they let on stage to sing with them, who's out of his mind...that's Ozzy though.

man he was an animal on stage in the day. Prowled. Energy to spare. This to me is one of the best HaRD rock songs. Reminds me of getting into heavy rock as a youngster, ASmith, CTrick, the bands of the late 70s.

@charlieroy911 saw those 2 1984 shows. The valentines day concert I guess is the show Perry showed up and sort of got the ball rolling. Loved those Back in the Saddle shows. Saw them again the night before New years eve in 84, also at the Orpheum, in the first row. It was quite easy to get ASmith...

this is great...like the solo...but I love the studio solo so much I don't like when he strays, but I bet he never played it live like the studio.

this song is such a killer deep cut, with the great deep cuts, such as Sway by the Stones, Wanton song, etc....Ronson sounds a lot like Iommi on this album, the tone, vibrato...yet this album came out soon after, so he got that influence else where. I assume.

great cover. great choice of a song, and great performance. done very well. If I saw a band doing this song, that well, I'd be psyched.

This band dared. Dared to push the limits with the engish language. Bob Baby was said to hate "IES", but pushed his belief that Babys should be spelled as such. So babys, enjoy a slice of music, making love to your concubines while Jon Waite and the Babys washed over you. Simple times indeed!

hey, she's touring with Alice again, I was just writing on another video, first show I ever saw, was Alice Cooper, and Joan opened in Aug. of 1981. 30 years ago, man. the crowd was tough on her.

to me, both are great versions. Its quinessential 60s by YB's, that galloping beat, but Rush does a nice modern update, vocals are smoother...its great in its own right.

too fast, but I do like those spacey new wave keyboards. Sort of like Donna Summer's "I feel love" keys.
