Rules:
No Bike/Cars mods except skins and no handling CFG's
Mods allowed: Dannye'smain.SCM SA and VC Car Spawner Bike skin/Car Skin Player Model Lonely World VC

Break these and your off unless you make a re-aud without mods and I can tell if you got a mod.
No FL off in VC it counts as a mod in SA it is fine.
