please note i am not here to break any form of copyright laws for i truly understand everything for that it implies

i would simply like to upload all my favorite games on to my channel and to simply promote a franchise so that anyone who has never played it before play it.

everything from the intros,visual,game and audio they all belong to their respected owners

for those people who uses the FAIR USE code in all their videos they are only promoting a franchise that they love and i would want a system especially on gaming
to freely upload videos as long as they own the official game

personally i don't like piracy or any form of system manipulation to get a cheap copy of a game and i despise those with modded consoles

well anyway i want to have walkthroughs on my channel,without my videos having a copyright claim put on them.
everyone is playing their own games,recording themselves at the same time,cutting the finished rendered video file and uploading it to youtube only for a copyright claim to appear saying it belongs to a certain entity.
yes they may own the claim but what if i am making a how to beat bosses or levels videos,do they own that too,as far as i can tell IGN is the worst entity.they think they own the whole gaming community on youtube well in fact they don't.
