The only problem I got with Tobi being any Uchiha is that they are white and Tobi has dark skin, I have gave up the idea of Tobi being any Uchiha, his skin is too dark , he is totally somebody else.

We know Tobi is not Madara and that he is part Zetsu, but he is hidding his real identity, kinda surprised me the color of his skin, Uchihas are white, his skin color is different from Uchihas, I am positive now he is none of the Uchihas mentioned before, he is somebody else.
