Impressive indeed. It's fun to watch how the foot has to accelerate upward before it hits the ground in order to keep those impact forces from tearing up the motors. Should be fun to see it run when it doesn't know the precise location of the ground. Still definitely great work.
Great way to show the energy stored in the springs. Could be worthwhile to show how the motor is moving and the current it's drawing during the hops. I'm assuming you're just putting in a step position command?
