And on the 8th day the Angels gathered in the Courtyard of Heaven to look upon and ponder all that the Lord had created. In honor of His creation they offered the gift of Music and requested of the Lord a special place in Heaven for those who practice and pursue it. And the Lord said "From Hence Forth there shall be a Balcony in the clouds of Heaven upon which I shall reserve for them a place to sing and praise Me, and in this praise all shall know this gift of Music that you have given unto my creation".
