Training includes innovative 1 and 2 ball ball-handling and passing drills, game speed cone and chair shooting drills, comprehensive low and high post moves, tennis ball training, medicine ball workouts, explosive dribbling and finishing moves, emphasis on weak hand development, reaction/speed/agility/explosiveness training and much more
