About this user
Bobby Lee Rodgers is a rare talent. Tapped at the age of 23 to become one of the youngest professors ever to teach at the acclaimed Berklee College of Music, an honor that is shared with Pat Methany, Rodgers is a musician's musician. Accomplished musicians find his compositions challenging and his playing awe-inspiring while fans are attracted to the intelligence, humor and uniqueness of the stories he tells. For almost a decade now, he has been appearing in a wide variety of venues and with just a diverse a sound with each project. From "unplugged" sets at singer/songwriter haven Eddie's Attic in Atlanta (where former student John Mayer got a start) to mega-fests Bonnaroo and Vegoose, Rodgers demonstrates a constant capacity and desire to express his musical imagery across the genresHometown
