@RockStarmyths Well, I've always thought it was because of the Area 69 (Which is practically based off of Area 51) because I've heard so many times at gunshops that "The revolution is coming" Perhaps it's a "Conspiracy"? Maybe San Andreas is just cheap.

What I think:
Maybe it was the pilot? The game probably glitched the plane too high in the air and it caught fire somehow, and the pilot probably jumped out but the plane went down first and he fell. Just thinking.

@217Tyrant I found it, or maybe, once you finish the installing, restart the computer, or, restart it when it finishes downloading some other software. If you do not restart your comp/laptop, it may corrupt the game files causing you having to reinstall it.
