Hi! My name is BenjieLyn & I really love to sing!
A bird doesn't sing because it has an answer, it sings because it has a song. I mostly sing in our church, solo or in choir. I am 100% Filipino.
I don't just sing because I'm happy, but I'm happy because I sing. I know God respects me when I work, but God loves me when I sing.
Honestly, sometimes I think that I poured out the liquid music of my voice to quench the thirst of my spirit.
As long as we live, there is never enough singing. He who sings frightens away his ills. In fact, a song will outlive all sermons in the memory.
Faith and joy are the ascensive forces of song. That music in itself, whose sounds are song- The poetry of speech.
Life is a song. Love is the music. The singer has everything within him. The notes come out from his very life. They are not materials gathered from outside.
Those who wish to sing always find a song and the total person sings not just the vocal chords but his heart.
I guess you don't love someone for their looks, or their clothes, or for their fancy car, but because they sing a song only you can hear.
Such songs have power to quiet
The restless pulse of care,
And come like the benediction
That follows after prayer.
