@searstower75 What you do is buy your chunk of Parmigano than buy a tupperware container to fit the chunk and keep in the Frig. I kept a chunk like that for 7 to 12 months, thou It never lasts that long with me I put it on just about every thing.

We americans have been shooting Amish machine guns for a hundred years now. Its an interesting rifle but it will not do anything that can't be done with a Remington 760/7600. German engineering at its finest no doubt. I would not be able to afford such a toy!
