DJ Ken Bell first gained attention in radio as a volunteer at KTSU-FM across the tracks from Texas Southern University in the 80s as an announcer. He was hired by MAJIC 102FM/Houston while attending Columbia School of Broadcasting. Ken studied voice under the Houston legendary Voice Instructor, Mrs. Mary Alice Krall. He moved to Dallas in 1987 to pursue his career in broadcasting working for Earl Graves(Black Enterprise) at 107.5 KDLZ. His career in Dallas included stints on-air at 94.5FM KSOL, 107.5 The Oasis, 100.3Jamz, V100, Arrow 97.9, Lite97FM and Heaven97 for Radio-One and CBS. 1993 saw Ken's career move into Satellite Radio when he was hired by Steven Hill. He has entertained an international audience for the last 18 years for ABC Radio Networks, Citadel Media and Cumulus Media.
