You aren't 'entitled' to anything. Either buy it, or don't. I can't stand pre-launch DLC either, but it's not going to change. And I hate to break it to you, but EVERY developer is doing this now, they just don't tell you about the DLC until a month or two later.

Where is the original version? I can't find it anywhere on youtube.

I have both the PC and PS3 version, and the PC version is much better. I'm not sure what happened with the PS3 port, but to me, it looks and feels like two different games. I have Dirt 3 on both as well, with similar results.

Codemasters has the racing genre on lockdown right now. Perfect combination of simulation and arcade goodness.

It's scary how aggressive the gaming industry is pushing DLC. They don't even pretend the content is produced post release anymore. They rip you off right to your face, and even make commercials about it months before release.

@DontRunWithDaScissor Games are released in Europe on Fridays. So this game will come out on the 7th in Europe.

@TeamVVV I say that because the top buttons are higher on the G27. Also, I may end up putting both KERS and DRS on the right side, so that I never have to adjust my left driving hand while racing.

@sweets616 We get it on Tuesday in the States. Actually, I'm getting mine at midnight because the local Gamestop is having a midnight release for another game.

@FMECCTV I'm guessing they will have a no-collision / ghost mode like Dirt 3 does for online. They will probably also have an option for full collision with penalties. I know Stephen Reid confirmed ghosting penalties for online drivers who disobey the safety car rules.

@marcus6291 Kers won't be a problem, because everyone will utilize it, and it's only a small hp boost. DRS could become a problem, but it sounds like they already implemented penalties for trying to use it around corners. Remember, you also have to be within 1 second of the driver in front of you...

My main issue with most motion simulators is the over emphasis on motion. You're driving a car, not flying a jet.

oh ya it's cheap too, anywhere from 115-150... well worth it.
