材料：冷凍白飯3碗、蛋黃3顆、蔥花、青椒、胡蘿蔔、白胡椒粉、­鹽

做法：

1.蛋汁加入白飯中先拌勻，熱鍋用少許油先炒胡蘿蔔。

2.拌好的飯加入鍋中炒勻，把蛋汁炒熟，關火。

3.加入蔥花，用鹽、胡椒粉加入，開火炒勻即可。
