Fitness is not just a phase. It's a lifestyle. From a very young age, I was very active and started exercising and became more conscious of proper nutrition. I was in multiple sports from elementary school and into college from competitive swimming, soccer, skiing, tennis, weight training, martial arts and yoga.
In college, I pursued my passion for fitness training. I graduated with a Bachelors degree in Health Wellness and Physical Education with concentrations in Adult Fitness in conjunction with Nutrition from State University of New York College at Buffalo.
I began working in the fitness industry as a personal trainer right after graduating. After more than 8 years, fitness training has been my life's career ever since. I have been working with personal training clients, helping them get in shape to improve their level of fitness and endurances.
In addition to extensive experience as a personal trainer, I have taught swimming, Yoga, Tai Chi group fitness training classes, conducted training workshops, delivered presentations as an expert in the health fitness field and designed corporate wellness programs for businesses to improve workers' fitness.
With my studies in Nutrition, I have provide nutritional counseling and guidance for my clients not just on physical well being but also balancing out and understanding their dietary food and intake.
I have also studied in one of the two centers for creative studies in the world with the department head, where I was first introduced to mind / body training techniques. I have had the privilege of working with physical therapists as well as elite personal trainers throughout my career.
After many years of success as a personal trainer, I currently work with private personal training clients in New York City.
