there is 2 h23A the one is this vid is NON-vtec. but there is 2 h23a's cause i have both of them and one is vtec and one is not.. vids coming soon of my non-vtec h23a block with vtec h23a head.. non-vtec block is for more low end power..

first off the ORIGINAL h23 dohc vtec is a rare motor to find. so therefore u cant just "drop" it in.. gotta built the h23vtec with a h23 block and h22 head. go with the H2B kit and put a gsr transmission. the b16 and the type r transmissions and TOOOO short for the H-swap and is just ...

check the timing. put at TDC (top dead center) take valve cover off and see if the cam gears are at TDC or both pointing up! happened to me. looked for 6 months and then found it.

did that guy really say h2d lol thats pointless.. leave it at h2b kit and thats final. nothing goes together with the h like the b series trans. bump for a fellow H-series owner.. mine is in a del sol

stock vs stock prelude will win but if that sol atleast had a gsr that lude wouldve lost.
