When I was learning this piece, my instructor had me practice it with out useing the loud pedal. I thought this was an odd way to practice, but after a few times of playing it this way, I found that any mistakes I made showed up quite clearly. @ophelius111 You are so lucky to have had that much access to a Stineway Grand. It's not something you can get from Rent-A-Center.

I remember this piece was played when President Kennedy's body was laid in a horse drawn casson and taken to his final resting place in Arlington.

This os one of my favorite piece's. My instructor use to get on my case cause I'd practice the songs I liked. She had me learn Fur Elise which is alright, but a lot of it sounded like so much drumming.

This piece isn't as easy to play as it sounds. It took awhile to get the finer points right. If you guy's want to meet girl's, find a place in the mall where they have piano's and if possible, sit down and play a piece like this one. It draws them like a magnet. Great ice breaker.

This is a beautiful piece, but you need to lighten up on the lower notes a bit.
