ATTENTION for anyone interested in what I think about the new channel that's been forced on me.
1. I tried over and over again to work with this channel as well as the old one, but I just can't find or access many things I used to be able to access or do without any problems.
2. I actually like the fact that you can browse related videos because that's the way I found many of the videos I love now. Watching videos on that person's channel may give you the option of being able to browse all the videos of that user, but you cannot see related videos of another person that might be more what you like.
3. 90% (!!!!!!!) of the posts I read now and 99% (!!!!!!) of the posts that I read when I first heard about the new beta channel told me one thing: THAT THE PEOPLE WHO USE YOUTUBE DO NOT WANT A NEW CHANNEL, EVEN IF IT IS SUPPOSEDLY BETTER. THEY BASICALLY WANT ONLY A LONGER TIME LIMIT FOR VIDEOS AND A FEW BUG FIXES.
3. I came to this site because I wanted to watch what I wanted to watch (and that means browsing related videos of different users) and to let my channel represent who I am. Now my channel does not do that anymore.
4. The old design worked well with background pictures and was a lot better to handle than the new one. If I could I would rate the new channel at most 1 out of 5 stars.
5. YOUTUBE is supposed to be a channel where the opinion of the user counts, not the opinion of whoever owns it.
6. I was thinking about perhaps trying to upload some of the poems and songs I wrote in my spare time from studying. Now I won't since youtube isn't a place anymore where I want to share my writtings.

If Youtube does not give people the option of switching back to the old design again soon, it will have lots af problems and perhaps lose many users. If you think so too, you should tell youtube so.
