@DaTimba Scythe's scythe isn't actually IN the game, it only appears in the lore and on his Hero Doll. You would need a mod to have it added into the worldspace.

Green Gorgan - This game had the Hoover Dam selected as the tutorial before New Vegas entered development. Either way, the Hoover Dam would, strategically, be an amazingly easy place to defend. Imagine three castles built inside of one another with modern day weapons and tech. You have the HD.
