Also: Unless I specifically say I own content X in one of my video's, I DON'T. I do NOT own any of the CVGMs, or the images used for them (unless of course I drew them.) That said, I do not own the color blue. Or white. Or red. But then, no one can.
The exception to this rule is gameplay footage; also, to avoid claims of piracy where applicable I will either:
A) State that something went horribly wrong, and I am unable to recover the original
B) Produce a Proof of Ownership video wherein I wave around the package and physical copy of the game in question using my MacBook's built-in webcam.
