Go to YouTube search, and then search for the video called "Dim sum: a Cantonese tradition ", and take a look at the video at time 2 mins 10 seconds. The char siu bao in that Dim sum video is the real yumcha char siu bao - observe the texture and the way they split open during steaming.

The mixing stage was almost like kung fu techniques! The steamed buns really look like the real deal as well - as they look fluffy/puffy, and really open up during steaming. Nice work.

I don't see the point of her holding his arm with one hand. Nice colour bao, but doesn't look fluffy like the yumcha char siew bao. Ok effort though.

I want to know how he makes char siew bao EXACTLY like those ones at time 2 mins 10 seconds into this video. I believe that the texture of those ones depend a lot on the kind of flour used - not just on how the dough is prepared.

It is good how you're giving tips about spins. But just want to say that both figure blades and hockey blades are rockered. Perhaps the hockey blades have a slightly higher degree of curvature or something - but both kinds of blades are 'rockered'.

Not bad at all! But the clip could have been a lot better without the long travelling at the end of this clip. Not bad though!
