There is only One Being. This Being is the source, and substance, of Every "one" and Every "thing". This Being has no name and belongs to no religion. This Being Is Consciousness Itself, Everything Is Only Consciousness Itself, your very consciousness, body, mind, everything that is you Is made of Consciousness Itself. Consciousness Is Energy, or Light, being one and the same. This is Truth or God, Reality. Not anything else, just this, Consciousness.
We are presuming we are merely these human 'meat' organisms that are finite, decaying and dieing. Being so identified with these 'meatbags' and minds, "we" are therefore in a permanent state of fear, with full awareness that we are on a 'sinking' ship' So we distract ourselves with pursuits of happiness and pleasure to counter this underlying fear.
Nothing will lastingly relieve this inherent fear except the Enlightened Realization that you are not the 'meatbag' dieing organism, you are in fact Infinite Consciousness Itself which is aware of the world and the human body-mind self, but is prior to it and merely witnessing it as a temporary process IN Consciousness Itself.
Cease to identify with the 'meatbag' organism as your self. Your True Self Is Consciousness Itself. And this is True of you now and now and now and now.......
We are performing an unconscious activity in our conscious awareness, which is a result of the chronic presumption of separation from all "things" and "others". This activity is what is obstructing the Realization that we Are Consciousness Itself in every moment. We perform this activity every second of every day and night even while we sleep (except in the state of deep sleep). This activity constantly reinforces our illusory sense of separation from our True Self, and we therefore constantly react to this failure to 'connect' with everything. So we seek, in a tapestry of complex endeavors, all devised as ways to momentarily alleviate this fearful stress. To Understand is to stop looking for what you Always Already Are, if we just stop manically seeking long enough to notice this, the whole 'picture' of Reality starts to change.
The Enlightened Guru is a direct Source of Pristine Divine Company, The Guru should be acknowledged as your True Self Nature, paradoxically appearing here in the Earth Realm to wake Itself from Its own 'dream' of separation.
