I don't see a correlation between barbell and dumbbell weights. As long as I'm progressing in both I'm happy. If I bench 250 on the bench I do not try for 125 pound dumbbells personally. Digging the shirt Marc. I like the JR/Marc training videos. Some of the best and most real videos out there.

I'd think that it would be good to compete a few years in a row to get the process down and just learn from your mistakes if you are doing it all on your own.
