You can buy an Eyelure Home Lash Extension kit in drugstores (I'm not 100% sure if they have them in the USA..) but maybe you could use them to fill in the bald spots so you don't have to get them done professionally as often?

This looks awesome! But just know that all lightener contains bleach (well, highlifts don't but still cause damage) and all dye damages hair! Whack a hair mask on it if it's dry.
