The software is very effective for both commercial temping agencies of all sizes and internal staff banks for managing core temp workers within larger or medium size businesses. It was originally developed for the Nursing sector. The product (Ava Pa) is now successfully implemented in diverse employment sectors such as Linguists, Transport, Admin, Clerical and Locums in general. It is uniquely configurable to fulfil each individual customer's needs.
