I have lived in Austin for 15 years and I have been selling real estate with Keller Williams for 6 years. I have a finance degree from Southwest Texas in San Marcos and a series 7 license. I was a licensed stockbroker out of college, working for Charles Schwab in Austin. After becoming employee of the month at Charles Schwab and excelling in that career I decide to go to the IT world.
I then became an account manager at Dell computer in Austin and continued to work there for three years. At Dell I handled large corporate accounts in their large business segment. Some of my clients were Kenneth Cole, Titleist, and Lenox glassware's. While at Dell I handled over 80 million dollars in sales.
After working at Dell for three years I decided to take a sabbatical and travel the world. I then moved to Brac' Island in Croatia (www.Watermanresorts.com). I lived in Croatia for 5 moths and traveled all over Eastern Europe. I went to places like Sarajevo, Macedonia, Budapest and Belgrade. It was an amazing and life changing experience.
While in Croatia I decided to make it an around the world trip and then visited Singapore, Sweden, Australia, and New Zealand. Once I was done with my travels I came back to the best place in the world Austin Texas!
My father was selling real estate at the time and doing very well and need some help. I decided to help him out and get my real estate license. It turned out to be a great fit for me because I was able to transfer my financial skills (Charles Schwab), Computer and negotiating skills(Dell), and my area knowledge( living in Austin for 15 years) into something I am passionate at and very good at. The BEST part about my job is helping a client with one of there biggest investments they will ever make. If you think about I help pick where a child goes to school, who my clients live next to and ultimately make their life that much better. I take this job VERY seriously and pour my heart and soul into it.
My goal is to make sure all of my friends understand the importance of owning a home and I think this is truly the best way to increase your personal wealth and be one step closer to financial freedom!
