Odd voices over WWVH time signal 10MHz
The time signals on the shortwave band can be found on 2.5MHz, 5MHz, 10MHz, and 15Mhz.
So, why would someone try to have a conversation over one? ...

It's simple communications between a few stations on the same frequency as WWVH. They could be close to each other and may not even be hearing WWVH time signals for it to be a problem for them.
Remember also that not every country regulates or polices radio spectrum closely so they buy a two-wa...
