1946? Palestinian land? "Palestine" is the name the Romans gave to the land of Judea after they re-conquered it. At 1946 the whole area was called Palestine and all it's inhabitants "Palestinians". Be they Jews, Druzs, Arabs, Beduins e.t.c.
