I have a strong passion for modern commercial aviation. I was always interested in airplanes ever since I was a little kid, and until now, that same interest in aviation was never lost. I am a big fan of modern commercial aviation; always keeping up-to-date with anything aviation-related.

My favorite airline is Singapore Airlines. I have been flying for more than ten years and have never gotten the chance to fly Singapore Airlines until 2009. My first flight with SIA was on June 26, 2009 when I flew from Cairo Int'l [HECA] to Singapore Changi Int'l [WSSS] with a stopover in Dubai Int'l [OMDB] on flight SQ493. That first flight with SIA was an experience unlike any other. Literally. The excellent service, quality, and comfort far exceeds any airline I have flown before. Everything from the smiling, elegant, and graceful Singapore Girl (the legendary icon of Singapore Airlines) to the exotic food that is served on board, SIA is the best at it. I look forward for flying with SIA again; it's definitely a great way to fly!

Aircraft you ask? Well, my favorite happens to be the Boeing 777, more specifically the -300ER. Why the 777? Well, it is the latest Boeing airplane currently in service and it features the latest of Boeing's state-of-the-art technology. One of the obvious reasons are the powerplants used to power the -300ER. Those GE90-115B engines are the largest and most powerful turbofan engines ever made, and to hear one spooling up on takeoff is just awe-inspiring!
