I think in BGs that narrow escape is better. The CC feels like it lasts forever against melee and you can web healers following flag carriers as an additional CC(which they usually blow their trinket on)

Thrill of the hunt is also amazing because you can spam arcane like crazy and use multi on the last reduced focus charge to have your pet cleave. This also adds to not needing lynx rush and using blink instead. I feel your FF is superior with only a minor reduction in AOE damage.

I can understand where you're coming from as MM on focus cost and cd's but from a BM point of view you can burn BW with Murder of Crows and then do it all over again directly after with readiness while all of these abilities are costing half the focus. With 3 deeps in arena it could make for some really quick fights. Hard to say, as you said though, until lvl 90 and we actually see what pvp is like.I don't see them buffing much unless they make it do different things for diff specs.
