In which Hank confronts the fact that he is getting older and, instead of accepting it, talks about ten different ways that people are proposing to extend life, possibly indefinitely. Because immortality and eternal youth are so much more appealing than reality, which is that we all get old and DIE!!!

Hello, My name is Florence McMillian (Flo). I'm here to tell you about my Flo-Fitness program that I originally developed back in the mid-70s. I believe it kept me balanced, healthy, strong and fit. I shared it with a few private groups throughout the years and taught it briefly at Figure World in the early 80s. I continued using it through my life until I married into a hoarding situation and just stopped the exercises all together. I not only started carrying weight on the outside, but the inside as well. My health went down and my vision was getting worse too. I finally made the decision to escape, but wasn't able to start my exercise program until January 2011 when my ex moved out. Now it was most likely from the 9 straight months of moving out all the clutter that made me start losing a clothes size every two weeks but it truly is my exercise program that has been tightening my skin up along the way and gave me the energy I needed. I was losing the weight so rapidly that I could see my skin drooping and literally dripping down my legs, arms, neck and stomach. I didn't give up -- I just kept up with my program because I wanted to prove that my exercise program does work and then I could share it with all. The best way to prove my theory is for me to be the subject of matter -- therefore it truly was a blessing in disguise for me to travel through the journeys I've been through so I could verify and clarify before passing it on. I'm actually just about exactly where I have always kept myself at in weight and health. My health has improved tremendously and my energy level has increased. I'm off of most all medications, including blood pressure medicine and boniva. My osteopenia is even going away. My vision has improved better than ever, the astigmatism is going away and the muscles in my eyes are getting stronger too. Okay -- now you're up to date with that. Let me tell you about my program. First of all -- it is only a 30 minute exercise program. Minimum requirement 3 times a week, but can be done daily, anytime and anywhere. There is no sweating involved as we already release enough toxins throughout the day. If you do sweat then your body probably needs it. Each move is done at no more than a 10 count. There is no jumping involved. You start at the top and work from head to toe, from standing, sitting to laying flat on the floor. I will explain each move to you, what it benefits and demonstrate how each one is done. Keep in mind though -- each set of 10 should be done at a vigorous, steady pace and immediately go to the next set of 10 without missing a beat if possible. It will take a little practice to remember the ones you want to do. I believe that since each person is different, there are different exercises for each person to develop their own shape. My program will show you the basic steps for you to develop your own program for your own personal desired shape. I do not weigh myself, I only measure. I only check my weight when I have a doctor's appointment. These basic exercises are quite simple and can be done in your home -- the kitchen is ideal. With only 30 minutes, you can do it while you are washing a load of clothes or waiting for something to cook in the oven, etc. You can select a few of mine to go along with a few of your own 10 count moves, but don't go over the 10 count for any move and don't go over the 30 minute limit at one period of time. There's always time to squeeze in a quick 10 count move anywhere or anytime you feel like it or want to work on one area more than another. I do feel it's better to start from the head and work to the toe each time. You can alternate different moves for the different 30 minute sessions. Use a mirror anytime possible as it's a lot easier to see your own body in your reflection and you want to look at the parts you're working on to be sure you're getting the shape you personally want. Only you know what parts you want to work on. Then I will take you to my classroom here in my home. This program is for all ages......the young ones need to stretch their skin and the older ones need to tighten their skin. The ones already fit just need to maintain. I have a variety of age groups routinely coming to my home for the Flo-Fitness program. A few of them will join me in demonstrating the moves. I do feel pretty fit now and younger than ever -- I can even feel my skin starting to touch the meat in my body as it is tightening and feeling smoother too. Therefore, I want to share my Flo-Fitness program. To shorten the Flo-Fitness part of this and to have a unique name for it, I squeezed Flo-Fit together and call it Flit.
I hope you will all be encouraged to flit, even if just a bit.
