  you are all a bunch of dumbasses. The car didn't blow up, it's a rotary, they don't instantly explode like a piston engine. looks like a fuel line popped off judging by all that fuel. rotaries do get very hot and have high EGT's so that is why it instantly caught flames. probably an easy fix.
