About WELCOME TO ASWADAHVILLE
What's happnin' people? I am Aswadah, the modern day Harriet Tubman. Mrs.Tubman wanted freedom from slavery so badly, that she overcame all fear, doubt, apprehension, and obstacles to rise up and TAKE her FREEDOM! She went and SNATCHED it because it was her DESTINY! After she freed herself, she went back into the depths of the hellish Antebellum South to free other Africans that were being held captive as slaves. Well, what does she have to do with you Aswadah? I have been a slave to body fat and the mental stress of being unhappy with my body's appearance for a long time. I have been a slave to self-doubt, poor body-image and fear of success. I will be a slave no longer. I am going deep within myself to find the light, the strength, and the force that will guide me from this mental bondage.
I have the spirit of a warrior and the body of a an ATHLETE! This fat suit has to go! IT WILL COME OFF and I WILL BE FREE! And when I am, I will help others that seek freedom.
