Imperial Crypt is a blackened black metal band from White Plains, NY, that formed out of the ashes of Astareth and Varpulis. The band's style is typically black metal, with some death metal influence. Their first album entitled "Unholy Descendance" was just released by Astareth Records to much critical acclaim. A few songs have been uploaded to this youtube page. Since then, the original EP has gone out of print and the EP Abhorchrist was released in the early summer of 2011.
In August 2011, the band released their second album: Demise of the Seventh Realm. It contains seven tracks (all of which have been uploaded to the channel) of pure blackened death metal. Contact the band at astarethmetalny@gmail.com to receive a mail-order copy.
