I believe that a band as a whole should be respected equally rather than just the vocalist/s, the only reason i idolise singers so much is that i'm trying to be one myself as a little side project....i think of alot of them as inspirations, such as the guys on my background....however many artists these days are only in it for the money/fame (or both if they're that greedy) whereas most of the bands i listen to didn't even know what was going to come of what they were doing, they started doing what they do because they loved it, not knowing if they were going to make it big or not...
