Well, there isn't alot of phase 2 clones out right now for the clone wars line. The only decent ones I could think of is Commander Blitz from the Defend Kamino battle pack and Commander Colt. However, they're really hard to find in retail and pretty expensive on ebay. I think there's a phase 2 Captain Rex coming out in April. If you want some phase II clones why not try the saga legend line.

I have to admit Hasbro really has terrible quality control on some figures. The blasters being bent tend to happen alot on the clone wars line. However, the thin leg and the melted visor sounds like factory errors. Maybe you should return it, if you bought it from walmart. If you're still planning on buying more, I recommend inspecting the figures before buying. Also, I would recommand you watch some reviews before buying certain figures.

The clone troopers in season 4 are wearing their phase 2 armor. If you're asking about the blue clone troopers, they're called 501st clone troopers, it's the legion they belong to. Yeah it can get confusing some times since there's alot of clone trooper variants out there :) If you need more more help go ahead and ask.
