Having Youtube problem and I don't know where to go to write them because it's not a regular question.

my question:
When I upload a "widescreen" video (you know with the black bar at the top and bottom) well a green line right above the bottom of the video appears and I don't know why it's there and I don't know how to get rid of it. Can you help?
It's only on my widescreen videos and it wasn't there before.
