This video was extremely epic, but using Anamanaguchi's "My Skateboard Will Go On" in the background just made it 10,000x better.

In case anyone was wondering what Pirate Tinman was saying near the end of the video, it was "diggy", with some odd characters at the end.

I've had this issue with my multiplayer server before, where I was able to see this glitchy stuff, but my friend saw the world as it should be. I disconnected, and it remained that way, but after a while (10 minutes) the village rendered out normally. I think it's just a client-side glitch is all.

As of the 1.8 update, these "VALLEY'S OF EPICNESS!" are pretty commonplace. The game is trying to generate a certain biome code, such as "mountains" in this case, and the way the code is interpreted by Minecraft is that the chunk generation needs be be higher, both in terms of volume and height. ...

@Orestopheles You can, but GhostRobo just prefers not to do it. I agree, it's really technical and usually ends up in a death, although if you can pull it off, it helps a lot. Just depends on whether or not you enjoy dying and having to run back to your body to pick up thousands of souls.
