He may at one time come with a gritty, rapid fire flow over a hard hitting 808 heavy beat or come with the soulful call and response of blues reminiscent of African traditional folk music. You may hear him over a electric guitar infested, kick heavy rock/soul track or over a dance/club song making the crowds move to the rhythm of his lyrical drum. Coming from a caribbean background, he even delights us at times with some reggae influenced grooves and calypso influenced strums.
