@TwistyMods Do NOT remove that spring, otherwise it will not function properly. The spring is to make sure that the "piston" goes down. You can always try and change the jets (needle aswell), and see if it makes any difference.

Having 100 hours in a simulator is not the same as having 100 hours of real flight.

In a simulator you "Know" that you will survive if something goes wrong, up there you need to focus if things go wrong, you need to remember things in a split second.

Same rules to airline ...

Do you make the design in AutoCAD or similar and "send" it to the CNC machine?

I have seen other people mill their coolers, but most do not have that advantage.

Can't the CNC machine get an input from say AutoCAD? Would be a lot easier for you, to design it there, and let it mill it from that design.

I don't know your age "30GB", but when I was young.. There was no home PC's. My first built system was an Z80 microcomputer. Built it in about 2 years time, I was 8 when it was completed. Still have the book, the coding etc.

I never got the chance to get a Nintendo back then. But hey, I know mor...

We used to build our own pelts and rads when me and my friends tested the water cooling principle for the first time. Google "DYI PC Radiator" or "How to build your own PC radiator".

My first "computer" I built was an Z80 microcomputer.. Was long before any internet even existed.

Guess I'm smarter than most around me, having say.. 26 years of computer and electronics experience.

A long time ago Intel worked with AMD, that was before the modern CPU was made, they used to look like IC circuits. Ol' school IT people know exactly what I mean..
