ArtFartLive

ArtFartLive is a performance explosion of comics, musicians and visual artists from the corrupt city of angels. This experimental, monthly event began at the historic Mr. T's Bowl in Highland Park in 2006. ArtFartLive was inspired by: Garage Comedy, Bowery Poetry Club, Johnston Center for Integrative Studies, Upright Citizens Brigade in Los Angeles and the acid-rock-show-choir performance group DISCOUNT CRUISE TO HELL. Maloney, Daisy Rosario, Elisa Bocanegra, Amanda Egge, Paul Rust, Modest Proposal, Wyatt Cenac, Will Maier, Hockey, Erik Charles Nielsen, Erica Doering, Val Myers, Service Group, Ian Covell, Three Dollar Bill, Charlyne Yi, Pistol Opera, Eva Brontosaurus, The Fresh, Captain Automatic, Matt Braunger. Currently on hiatus, ArtFartLive continues to support the intentional creation of fearless art and the willingness to release toxic gases into the communal atmosphere of an emerging artistic identity.
