@ltsgoyanks I'm not even sure what you call the yoga I do. I practice Yoga from DVDs. A great instructor named Rodney Yee. I went to a chiropractor during a cycle that lasted 3 months straight. Told me to stretch a lot, gave exercises and it worked well. I just thought to do yoga and that helped....
