I've been enjoying your videos immensely and as yet haven't completed them all. Your love of the animal kingdom is obvious, so I was maybe even a little surprised to watch the video where you had been cooking some ribs on the bar-b-cue. I'm not vegetarian yet, but I wondered if you yourself had any leanings towards going that way in the future, and just let the lowly cow have his chance to evolve too, so to speak :)
