About this user
Being Armenian is a double edge soward. You have a unique ethnicity, that everyone hates. Growing up to bullying is common, especially if you live and go to a school where few Armenians are present. You become the scape goat race really fast. Other gangs and races use you as a enemy figure instead of going against each other. Armenians become a easy target, stereotypes and feeling of hatred has caused Armenians to stay with their own group. In return they release hate toward other races because of not being accepted. Dressing differently, behaving weird causes a awkwardness towards the group. People hate Armenians and Armenians hate everyone else. To everyone, we are nothing but hate. Back in the old days we took pride in our hate. We knew it was us against the old world. Back then if you where Armenian, don't matter what kind, you where welcomed with open arms. Treated like a long lost brother. We stayed strong with our numbers we had, from the many in Glendale to the few at Burbank. Other races started to understand that if you mess with one of us, you messed with all of us. With the new Pride that we felt, a new gang popped up. Armenian Power gang came into the lime light. With it a sense of, if things go wrong with the whites and Mexicans, hit up AP. Yes it was a gang, made up of criminals, but it brought something else with it. A sense of security through out young Armenians. If an Armenians kid was jumped, Armenians got in their cars and went out for revenge. They became so iconic that in the 1990s, the Mexicans Mafia called the small AP gang to a truce meeting along with bigger gangs. Although it brought forward a sense of safety, people hated the gang and Armenians even more. As new Armenians joined the gang, it became more and more corrupt. The old members who found the gang were getting locked up or shot. Soon new heads took over the gang and started to fight for power. It would go after anyone, including Armenians. Inside murders tainted the gang and it lost its power fast. People talked to the cops in fear and more and more people got arrested and the gang lost its power. That was the first of the Armenians community problem. As more and more Armenians came over from the mother land, people weren't as friendly as the old days. Different sets of Armenians started to rise up and didn't get along. With more and more Armenians filling up the school, the more the other races got mad. As the Armenians fought more and more inside themselves, the more outside races picked on them. It was like self destruction, but the 2nd generation of Armenians where too ignorant to see. They were already flooded with all the success and nice lives that their parents had worked hard for, so they didn't care. The rich Armenians gossip and keep to themselves with their mafias and gangs, as the middle and lower class have to fend for themselves. The youth gets picked on and when they turn for help the other Armenians say its their problem. Everyone choose their own corners and took the heat that came with it. If someone said AP, the other races wouldn't flinch like they use too, just laugh. It has become and hellish world where you have to make sure that car coming behind you isn't filled with Mexicans, Whites or Armenians. Its like you cant trust no one anymore, unless you know for a fact that you can. I am proud of my people, we have a great history. Many of our youth is very smart and ready to make great strides in this worlds history. We shouldn't be killers or criminals, but like everything else we do, were good at it. Now you hear stories of this person being jumped by either us or a different race. It sickens me, and really makes me thing whats wrong with my race. We started in the right direction and mentality. Now its all down the drain. I love my people and I have got into few trouble myself for them. I don't care if I never got any thank you, or recognition. All I want from them is happiness, for them to take a step back and think about whats going on. I support any and all Armenians, except the ones that wish harm on others for hate and greed. I love my people.
