Arme Antica is a western martial arts school in Rome, Italy, under the direction of Monty Chance. At the school, martial traditions from the Middle Ages are researched, practiced, and then brought into a modern light.

Students are trained in unarmed combat, and all manner of weapons: from the dagger to the halbard, messer to staff, one-hander, two-hander, hand-and-a-half swords, plus sabres, sticks, and more.

Standard technical studies are supplemented by training regimes that help break the generally quite linear thought process of normal martial art study, resulting in more well-rounded abilities, greater well-being and higher levels of personal security.
