@OriginalEnzyme AK stands for Avtomat Kalashnikov. Kalashnikov is the last name of the designer of the rifle, Mikhail Kalashnikov. Avtomat is one of those Russian words that mean different things. But for most English speakers we just say it means Automatic. Винтовка is rifle in Russian.

@bolla999999999 Yes like a muzzle brake the compensator acts in the same way, it also helps put more weight to the front of the pistol helping which helps with rapid fire.

@zcaisse2876 The forearm on his rifle is an Magpul MOE. Great little forearm for the money I would highly recommend it. Its lightweight and you can add rails to it if you want to accessorize it. Not sure if anyone has answered you on this question but I figure late is better than never.

@Airsoft3master Yeah smokeless powder tends to be a lot louder than CO2 or electric airsoft guns. But you are right all joking aside. I own alot of firearms and 5.56 always seemed like the loudest. Thats what you get with a fast moving little bullet.
