Aris Kourtis ( born on 15 July 1994 ), better known as Aris Starish, is a Greek artist and singer. Born in Athens, Greece, Aris at the age of 17 decided to upload a video with his voice on youtube just for his friends for fun. Soon, he became famous all over the world and now many students are talking about him.
In 2011, Aris Starish took the decision to upload a video with his singing voice on youtube just for fun for his friends as they asked him to do so. Before uploading the video, he couldn't imagine how successful he would be 5 months later and was scared of people talking about him. However, his friends thought it would be a great idea to upload a video with his voice as they liked it when he sung in front of them for the very first time in a party they had been. Aris soon got over the fear and went to a studio to record his CD. The same day he recorded it, he uploaded it on youtube as ''MY VOICE -- by Aris Starish''. The video got promotion from his friends and quickly reached 1000 views in one month. For a new youtuber like Aris Starish ,uploading for the very first time a video, 1000 views are considered to be a lot. All of his classmates started talking about it telling him how nice he sings and that he should make more videos with his voice and with music this time because the first one had only acapella songs. Aris was surprised and kept promoting the video sending it to many people! The video in 5 months reached 3100 views and continues to stay on students' minds all the time. Most of kids at his whole school talk about it almost every day either in a good way either in a bad way. But the thing is not how they talk about it but the fact that they talk about it. Aris managed to be famous all over his school, region called Pagrati and to many other people all over the world that have listened to him by watching his video. Aris immediately thanked his friends for this kind of fame they gave to him and now continues to work on other songs for his fans. It is important to say that on the 23th of December, Aris was asked to sign 4 autographs the same day in his classmates' hands because they loved him. The same day, also, was asked to sing in class in front of everyone for Christmas time and he accepted. He sung and everyone couldn't believe in their ears when they heard his strong and sweet, at the same time, voice. When he came back, after Christmas holidays, everybobdy was waiting excited for him and they talked to him about the second video he uploaded 4 months after the first one on the 27th of December on youtube. All of his classmates and every student in his school had quickly learnt about it in 1 week and was amazed by his improvement. Aris now is the ''star'' of his whole school and is an idol for young kids who try to make it in the music business.

As Aris said to his friends ''It doesn't matter how many dislikes I have, but it matters how many fans I have'', they were surprised by his strong and smart personality and now continue to promote his video for him. Aris also said that after uploading the video, many of the people he knew starting hating him because they felt jealously and immediately stopped talking to him and started making fun of him. This, of course, doesn't annoy Aris at all as he is strong and is considered to be ''the star of the school''.

On the 16th of January, he was asked by 40 students to sing in front of everyone. He sung 4 songs as they wanted more. Aris is very successful and will continue to be.
Aris has beeen asked by 29 students exactly to sign autographs in a paper, or on their hands, or on their belly or on their neck.
