People should not be afraid of their governments. Governments should be afraid of their people.

Freedom is the right of all human beings. Be it freedom of speech, freedom of religion, freedom of belief, or freedom of sexuality, it is your right as a person. And NO ONE has the right to tell you otherwise, be it a government, religion, or anyone.

Fuck organized religion. All of them. I am not Atheist, but nor am I religious. I am Agnostic, meaning I don't follow any form of organized religion, nor believe in putting faith in an unseen force. I believe nothing unless I have proof, and thus far, there is no way of proving there is a God. Nor is there any way of proving there IS NOT a God. Furthermore, if there is, it goes without saying that he'd love everyone, regardless of who they choose to love or what they believe. And also, the idea of worship? I don't think any creator would have gone through the trouble of creating a race with free will, just so we could constantly remind him how awesome he is.

Scriptures, be it the Bible, Koran, or anything else, are WRITTEN BY MEN. They are NOT written by any God, and thus should not be considered to be his or her will. As such, considering a book written by regular humans to be an excuse to oppress, murder, or spread hate speech, is nothing short of stupidity.

Homosexuals have just as much right to live, love, and prosper as any heterosexual does. They are no different than any other people other than who they choose to love. I myself am lesbian, and I am god damn proud of it. And again, if anyone has a problem with that, then fuck you.
