AREA 10 is an artist led platform founded in 2002.

Area 10 presents an ever evolving socially inclusive environment and situation for artists and audience to interact with. The project is an ongoing enquiry into the sustainability of Artist Led Culture.

Area 10 is very much a live structure that can be enjoyed as a whole or through the individual works programed.

AREA 10 creates artist-led opportunities and activites that critically support and nurture artists making new work - in all media/practice.

The focus of this enquiry rests on the importance of creating space and structures for artists to come together to share ideas and work. These take the form of events, exhibitions, meetings, workshops, collaborations and conversations.
